...the training and development people
Management Insight Limited was created by Maggie Clements and Simon Baylis to provide employers with straightforward, best value and above all effective management development.
Our mission: -
'delivering effective management development to all types of organisations with excellent value and support for developing managers'
All too often courses are too general, unfocused or overlong. They are also structured in a way that allows delegates to return to the workplace and simply 'get on with the day job' without ever using what they have learned.
At Management Insight we strive to provide help and support for developing managers so that they learn effectively and use their new knowledge to the benefit of the organisation.
Our vision:-
'to be recognised as a provider of quality products and services to support management training and development'
